Sprong Likely Headed To WBS by @_MAF29

The Shawinigan Cataractes have beaten the Charlottetown Islanders 6-1 in game six to end Charlottetown's playoff run.

This means that Shawinigan has also ended top Pittsburgh Penguins forward prospect Daniel Sprong's playoff run...or have they?

The likely next step for Daniel Sprong is to go to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins due to his CHL season ending.

The WBS Penguins just finished their regular season with a 2-1 shootout loss to the Hershey Bears.

This was Wilkes-Barre/Scranton's forward lineup tonight:

Mouillierat-Jeffrey-Simon
Guentzel-Rowney-Kostopolous
Plachta-Dea-Burton
Archibald-Blueger-McGrath

You can probably make a safe assumption that, if it comes to it, Burton and/or McGrath will come out of the lineup for Daniel Sprong. It all depends on WBS head coach Clark Donatelli's game plan.
